Cedar Valley Services, Inc.:
Competitive Employment

Jordan began working with Cedar Valley Services on 8/12/2025. He moved from Rochester, MN to Albert Lea, MN. Prior to the move, he was employed with the TJ Maxx store in Rochester. Jordan applied for a transfer to the Marshalls store in Austin, MN. He was granted the transfer and therefore Cedar Valley Services became involved assisting with the transfer and offering him employment support. He stared work at Marshall's only working one day per week. Jordan was able to show how hard of a worker he is, and his work schedule quickly increased to working three days per week. Jordan mainly assists with stocking shelves and helping to keep the store organized and tidy. He is constantly moving while on his job ensuring the items he needs to clean are clean and all store items are in their proper place. His supervisor is very complimentary of Jordan and reports he does an excellent job, and he keeps busy and works his entire shift. They are happy to have him on their team.
