www.sugarstacks.com Take a few minutes to calculate just how much sugar you are getting in your favorite items...many of them low-fat. You will be surprised.
www.fitday.com This website is a great resource for achieving all your fitness goals.

www.sparkpeople.com This website is full of information. There are fitness and nutrition tracking programs you can participate in as well. One word of caution is you may receive a number of email notices from Sparkpeople. Most of them are full of good information but if you don't like more stuff in your inbox be sure an not sign up for any notices.

www.prevention.com This is the Prevention Magazine website. You will find fitness as well as nutritional information here. This is a good resource if you are looking to start a running or marathon program, including walking marathons.

Remember Austin Public Library as a resource for fitness books, videos and DVD's. It's a great way to try out a video before investing. Plus Austin Public Library has MP3 players already downloaded with many best selling books. It's a great way to get caught up with some reading (listening) while exercising. Anyone can check them out. You just need a library card.
