All tracking of weight loss, exercise and nutrition points will be done on your secure Locker Room page. Below is a list of exercise/activity and points associated with them. Use this list when determining your exercise points.
All points are tiered based on the type of exercise/activity you are participating in. For exercise/activity in Group I you will get 2 points for every minute of participation. For exercise/activity in Group II you will get 1 point for every minute of participation.
You will earn 10 points each day you eat a combination of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Below are several links to help you achieve that goal and better understand what a "serving" is.
