2008 Get Fit /YMCA 5K Run Walk
Saturday May, 17th
9:00 AM at YMCA
Register by May 6th and receive a discount with your Get Fit card. $12 per adult and $5 for kids. After May 6th the cost is $18 per adult and $7 for youth (6-12).

If you changed a bad habit for the better, lost weight or inches and have more energy - than you are all winners. If you are like me and had big plans to get in shape and eat healthier but fell apart before the contest even began, make this your day to get in 15 minutes of activity and continue from there. Just because the Get Fit Challenge has ended does not mean we can not start on the road to fitness. Spring is here and it's the perfect time to get outside (maybe not til after this weekend) to walk, visit the nature center, ride bike with our kids. There's no better motivation than shorts and swimsuit season. Check our site often for updates on activities in the area to help you Get Fit.
